Environmental Compliance Monitoring

Real-time Performance Management (RtPM) can gather and display relevant emissions data, compared to relevant targets and/or regulatory limits, and produce reports of defined intervals. A chemical company uses RtPM to collect and store data from ambient air analyzers that monitor chemical product concertrations in this plants. When the chemical concentration exceeds and acceptable level, and alert is issued to operators. This RtPM application avoids the cost of expensive proprietary user interfaces and provides a long term history of the chemical concentrations.



Hazarcous Waste Tracking

RtPM is used to automatically track storage and use of hazardous materials, and compare how long they've been in the plant against prescribed safety guidelines and margins. Waste costs are reduced through the application of timely disposal procedures and compliance reports are automatically produced.



Waste Treatment Monitor

RtPM is used for critical monitoring and reporting of waste water treatment systems. This includes monitoring operating conditions (flow, pH, recirculation rate, filterpress cycle times, etc.) for troubleshooting environmental problems, collecting weather conditions such as temperatures, wind speed and direction for environmental investigations, and producing EPA reports on daily effuent pH, flow, conductivity and temperatures.



Weather Data Import

Weather data, such as humidity and temperatures, is collected and recorded off the Web by RtPM and used for troubleshoothin and process analysis. For instance, precipitation levels are taken into account in the management of wastewater.

 

Environmental and Contract with Laboratory Information Management System (WinLIMS)

WinLIMS meets the requirements of both environmental and contract laboratories. Functionality exists for both of these laboratory types, such as interfacing to online monitors, statistical analysis by type and location, powerful reporting, invoicing, remote sample login, etc..
